The Power of Play (POP!)Through simple processes, we will experience how lightening up stimulates ideas flowing in imaginative, creative and fun ways. We’ll increase our awareness of: (1) how laughter enhances our health, (2) the relationship of spontaneity with intuition and creativity, (3) how courage is often a necessary element in being spontaneous. Also, we will stimulate participant connection and laughter – we will leave feeling revived, energized and lighter.

Author, poet, singer/songwriter, artist, workshop presenter, Patch Adams clown, teen mentor, social advocate, and multiple sclerosis survivor, Barbara Brewster, shares the healing, freedom and surprises that can occur when we cultivate the art of saying YES! to the “gifts” life offers us.
